Ad-hoc web support

Ad-hoc website support is a pay-as-you-go service offering website owners a simple approach to completing work on their website without any contracts.

You send us a request; we'll quote the time to complete it, and once approved, we'll go ahead and make the changes to your site.

What type of web support do you offer?

We have a wide range of website skills, including design and development and can cover everything from adding a new page or blog post to fixing design problems or a hacked site. Below is a list of some of the everyday tasks we perform daily.

  • Add a new page or blog/news post
  • Edit existing page content
  • Optimise images for the web
  • Fix theme/design issues
  • Add new features, such as a gallery or blog
  • Improve page speed

What website platforms do you support?

We specialise in the WordPress and Joomla Content Management Systems (CMS) but have worked in all manner of systems:

  • WordPress
  • Joomla
  • Shopify
  • HTML
  • Wix
  • Weebly
  • Squarespace

If you're unsure what platform your website is built with, please get in touch, and we'll be happy to check.

What does web support cost?

Our rates are £35 per hour, plus VAT, and we'll quote you in advance, so there are no big surprises.

We have a minimum charge of one hour, but charge by the minute after that. If your request only takes ten minutes, we'll try and find other changes, such as performing plugin updates to use the full hour where possible.

We invoice on 30-day terms and accept bank transfers, direct debit or debit/credit cards.
